Yoga Membership

Nat Marie Yoga has teamed up with Frank from Terminator Fitness to offer online yoga classes for all levels of flexibility and fitness.

To help you develop a regular practice the membership gives you access to weekly live classes plus on demand classes to practice all from the comfort of your own home.

Each class teaches you multiple options so you can choose the best way to move for your body and feel confident doing so.

Class Schedule

Weekly, live online sessions

Breath & Balance Vinyasa with Nat – Monday 7.20pm

Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga where you move through one pose to the next with the aim to align the breath to the movement. In this class you will work through a flow with a focus on balance, flexibility and strength based poses.

Yin Yang Yoga with Nat – Thursday 7.20pm

Yin yoga combines yin (seated, stationary yoga poses that you hold for 3-5 minutes) and yang (an active slow flow moving between different poses) to promote relaxation in mind and body.

Stretch & Relaxation with Frank – Friday 5pm

Frank, the owner and creator of Terminator Fitness, slows down his usual high intensity workouts to guide you through a relaxing stretch class to restore & strengthen your muscles.
